To all our valued customer, below we have listed out a number of things you should be aware of while shopping or booking with us.

1. BOOKINGS
For all bookings we take at least 50% deposit and also get a policy and agreement form signed. Your booking will only be made when this is done.

2. SHOPPING
a. PLACING ORDERS
We take 50% deposit for each item. While placing orders, please ask as many questions about the item you are interested in. Pictures and size charts are provided to you for all clothing so please choose and place orders very carefully as you will not get a chance to cancel the order once its made. Please note a few things while you are placing order:
1. The size charts are a draft of the sizes so please allow atleast 3-5 inches difference in measurements as manual measurements sometimes do have errors.
2. If you are placing order for clothing with colors other than black and white, then please note actual color of the clothing may differ slightly as all devices show a slightly different color from another and the pictures are taken in a photoshoot session with different lighting.

b. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
We normally only accept bank deposits or transfers for all orders. Normal deposits and Transfers from BSP and ANZ to be done to BSP account only. Westpac and other bank transfers to be made to Westpac account. For orders from outside Fiji, we only accept Western Union Payments.

c. EXTENSION OF DUE DATES FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS
From today onwards, no extensions of due dates will be iven to anyone. For most of our items you can still deposit after the initial due date with the same price (inbox to inquire on different items) however you will receive the item at a different date.

d. PICKUPS
As you may know, currently we are only online based therefore we only have have 1 delivery run which is made to Suva city. All Suva customers will have to pickup their orders from city. Exact time and location will be advised once the orders are here and delivery run is scheduled.

For customers outside Suva, your items will be sent via EMS. Freight will be forwarded.

e. PICKUP NO-SHOWS
If you have arranged with us to have your pickup done on our delivery run to Suva then please be responsible buyers and show up for pickup or simply let us know if you may not be able to pickup your item at least 4 hrs prior to the scheduled time for pickup. If there is a no-show from you then please be aware that we will not waste our time in trying to get hold of you to arrange another date. It is your duty to do that. If there is no response from you in 3 days after the no-show, we will simply have your items sold and there will not be any refund or replacement made for it.

f. REMAINING DEPOSIT FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Normally, we inform everyone on the day their items arrive of which day we will be sending out EMS and request them to have the balance deposited a day prior. If in case you are not able to make the deposit by that day, you can still make it after that however your items will sent on the next day scheduled for EMS. All deposits will have to be made within 7 days of notice. If it is not made in 7 days, we will place your items on sale and no refund or replacement will be made for it.

g. REFUND & REPLACEMENT
No refund or replacement will be made for any item ( pre-ordered or bought from items in stock) so as advised earlier, choose your items and sizes of clothing very carefully.

h. COMPLAINS
Please view all items after receiving as early as possible and lodge in any complain within 7 days of pickup. No complains made after 7 days of pickup will be taken into consideration

We will be placing new items on Pre-order basis every Sunday. This sale will only be for a day and deposits will be due on Monday.
