NECST has been set up in 2003 under Ramwati Devi Shiksha Samiti. The college is moving ahead under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Sunil Chaudhary, president of the college and Mr. Rajeev Malik, vice-president of the college, both have a proven track record of serving institutions of high repute.
NECST is located on a lush green 7 acres pollution free, modern, Wi-Fi campus on Meerut road NH-58, 30 min. drive from Delhi, Noida & Hapur. The institute consists of a good infrastructure with all modern facilities. Spacious well ventilated lecture halls are equipped with latest technology with well stocked library and advanced computer labs.
