In India, We have a very low percentage of graduates who are employable. Most educational institutes in India emphasize on ‘what’ and ‘why’ but less on ‘how’.
Also the emergence of new technologies in education has added a lot of positive sentiments to this issue. That's why we “the nemesis group” have taken the responsibility of creating a talent pool in automation sector for the technical ones for better job opportunities.Sometimes it is practically not possible to teach them the ‘how’. But if they could focus on the ‘how’ factor as far as possible, that is one way through which we can bridge the gap between just being a graduate and an employable graduate.
