Nav has the experience of Implementation of CSR Act in Corporate World along with Mobilizing Support and Local Fund Raising. he has been associated with NGOs like Smile Foundation, ICCO, Samvedna, Maxivision Foundation, Trinita, Rainbow Homes, Future Hope, Prakriti Foundation ,Wilde Genzen and many more both nationally and internationally.

In the last eleven years he has worked with employees of most prominent Corporate Houses like Wipro, Annik, Infosys, HCL, IBM, Vodafone, Target, Volvo, Ariscent Technologies, Air India,Confluence, Quanto, HP etc. He is Senior Consultant with Ripples Learning Services delivering sessions on Human Resource Management, on topics like Labor Laws, Job Analysis and Competency Mapping, HR policy, Performance Management, Learning & Development , Compensation & Benefit and Many more.

He has also conducted holistic development program for the Students and Teachers of various Schools, Colleges, Universities, all across India.

Nav has worked with people across all the ages. Right from the kids of Five Years to experienced people who have revolved at least Seventy Years around the Sun. He has the passion for training and coaching. He believes in achieving results.

His methodology of training has mix of Theater, Music & NLP. He has been using the Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory extensively.
