This is to share the true scenario of Narayana School Rajarhat:
For Students:
1) Please note that this school DO NOT HAVE CBSE affiliation
2) They do not have their building premises construction complete.
3) There is no swimming pool, tennis court & things like that whatsoever, that this school promises you during admission.
4) ACs are often non-functional in classes.
5) Uniforms are not available in required numbers.
6) Nobody gets full set of NCERT & E-Techno books on time smile emoticon
7) The Laboratory is there but it is non-operational.
For Teachers:
1) There is a clear lobby in this school, i.e. "South Indian" lobby. All Math, Physics & Chemistry HODs are South Indian & they are nothing more than informant of Higher Management.
2) The "South Indian" teachers are mostly from non-standard private South Indian Engineering Colleges.
3) There is a concept of "Associate Teachers" who are paid mere ~11K in hand. No Salary Slip, No Appointment letter.
4) Work Hours ? 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Saturday.
5) Often you will be called on Sunday for parents teacher meeting where you will be blasted by parents for their grievances. Management will leave you in lurch at that very moment.
6) No Salary Slip, Appointment Letter issued to permanent teachers.
7) You will see a big gap in between what you get in hand & what they promise. They will say that they are deducting money for PF, Tax etc. But no such payment is made. They even won`t provide you PF account number.
8) After joining they will start create pressure on you to get transferred to Durgapur or inhospitable Lauhati with same salary.
