Welcome to Nammura Shaale- Smt.Ningamma Veerayya.Kalasuramath!
This unique school is the first adopted government school in Haveri District. Dr. Swamy Kalasuramath was born in this village, studied in this school and is now working in Dubai. He adopted his old school with the goal of making high quality education available to the children of his village, giving them the tools to change their future.
Nammura Shaale is a rural school with a difference: the children love coming here, feel valued, cared for, and guided in all that they do.
Feedback from the students shows they are very positive about all aspects of the school. They say that lessons are fun and teachers really help them learn new things. This enthusiasm is reflected in the high standards of education achieved by the pupils here, by the time they leave Year 10.
This is due to the exceptionally rich curriculum, engaging teaching staff, and strong leadership and management. We are very fortunate to work with such a highly skilled staff that genuinely cares for the welfare and education of the children. The office staff, support staff and teachers are exemplary, and give time and effort to ensure that the needs of all the pupils are met.
All successful schools work in partnership with the parents and community. We are no exception at Nammura Shaale. We take the views of the parents seriously and provide them with timely information about their children’s plan for learning.
