How do you shop with Nakshatra???

Step 1: You can place an order with us via Facebook messenger, Whatsapp or direct phone calls by sending the picture of the dress you like or the dress code mentioned in the picture. Our numbers are (+91) 96297 82957

Step 2: Once you place an order, we will keep the particular suit on-hold for you. You can confirm the order by making payment to our bank account within a day. The bank details are given below

Step 3: Once we receive the payment we will acknowledge you through whatsapp / fb.

Step 4: The selected suit will be dispatched on the same day (except Sundays & Public holidays) and tracking number will be given to you.

Exchange policies:

Nakshatra has professional fashion designers and takes at-most care to deliver best quality products on best prices.

We don't have Return and Refund Policies.

If you notice any damage in the received material you can intimate with us within a day by sharing the pictures of the damaged material.

We will acknowledge the same with our CCTV footage of our packing and dispatching section.If we find the damage, you can exchange the material with a new one of your choice.
