A one year course and with 10 sessions. Master mentor Mr Sathya, will conduct each session for 3 hours. All sessions are conducted on 2nd Thursday of every month at the Consumax office between 6 pm to 9 pm.

BTA elaborates a lot on the Neuro Linguistic program for Business Growth. The three cornerstones of this program are communication, personal development, and psychotherapy. A monthly analysis sheet will be given to Business owners with 25 points. This will help BO to evaluate their business month on month.
