Purpose of Training: The purpose of training is to initiate a process of fast improvement by means of achieving a shared understanding of the right leadership and management methods one need to employ to achieve their stated goals.

Reason for Training: Majority of the management team in any organisations are trained as technical specialists. They are best in their fields and are competent. But when it comes as an inspirational leader – manager they have gap in certain areas which can be developed and used efficiently.

In this globalisation world everyone is expected to have leadership skills and to lead the team effectively and successfully. There is currently a demand to provide leadership, management and team building training to various levels of management in an organisation. So to achieve the best results for the organisations goals and visions leadership training is essential.

We provide both indoor and outdoor activities to keep everyone active and fresh. Our training centre is surrounded by mountain on one side and trainers can do trekking as part of the activity.

Accommodation and Food: Mount Olive OBT provides healthy and nutritious food and tidy accommodation as part of the training programme.
