It has been last 8 years that More than Paranthas brings about a feeling of nostalgia , which brings to life the Shan-O-Shauqat of the great haveli’s. The delicacies made in the kitchen of royal gharanas by the khansamas , and in stark contrast the bylanes , the katras of Chandini Chowk having small shops serving great Indian food with the panache.

Our Menu boasts of more than 100 varieties of paranthas , heritage kebabs , mughal cuisine , sitaram bazaars kulfis , Punjabi lassi & much more. The ambience of the restaurant will be a delight to the eyes , depicting antiques , aalas , chaukhats & other things which were part of life in yesteryears. Paranthewali Gali situated in the heart of old delhi’s chandni chowk is a most sought after destination for paranthas lovers. The lane used to have around 25 shops serving around 26 varieties of paranthas till about the early 60’s. However because of increase competition from multinational s & giant food outlets , only a handful survive today. Pt. Kanhaiyalal Durga Prasad , Pt. Babu Ram Devidayal, Pt. Dayanand Shiv Charan are the three renowned shops still serving piping hot paranthas :- continuing the tradition.
Papad Pyaz ka Parantha , Tamatar Pyaz ka Parantha , Chana Dal Pyaz Lahsuni , Rabri Parantha are some of the famous paranthas served in Paranthewali Gali. At MTP the idea is to srve these paranthas along with our own creations to our honorable patron.
