Booking and Reservations:
No Yatri/Visitor shall be permitted entry in the Ashram after the closing hours. However, in case of those Yatris who have prior reservations and have intimated in advance can be entertained up to 11:00 P.M. at the latest, after which Ashram will be completely and strictly closed for all intents and purposes till the opening time the next morning.
· Normally the room shall be booked well in advance by confirming availability at telephone Nos. 09219441137/09219443813 to avoid any inconvenience. However, it will be management's endeavor to keep at least 5 rooms vacant for Mohyals arriving without any reservation as a matter of exigency.

· One day booking will be considered from the day of check-in till 12 noon next day.
· Maximum stay will be for a period of 5 days at a time which can be extended subject to availability of accommodation.
· Donors of the rooms will enjoy free stay at Ashram up to maximum period of one month in a year. However, they will reimburse maintenance charges fixed from time to time. Donors can also assign their rights to free accommodation to their immediate family members (sons, daughters and grandchildren). Donors stay at the Ashram at a stretch shall not be for more than 10 days.

Code of Conduct:

Ashram is a sacred place and with a view to maintain its sanctity following norms must be strictly adhered to:
· It is advised to be polite and courteous to each and every Yatris.
· Management expects the Yatris to maintain proper decorum and to reciprocate in full measure to help them to service them better.

· Smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited.
· Shoes are to be taken off before entering the Meditation & Dining Halls.
· No cooking or food is allowed in the rooms. Food can only be taken in the Dining Hall.
· No littering is allowed in the Ashram premises.
· All property of the Ashram including Library books, electronics, electrical, bathroom fittings be used with utmost care.
· These bye-laws were drafted/adopted in consensus with the affiliated Sabhas and are broadly implemented since inception of the Ashram. These are now being circulated for strict implementation in interest of the safety of the inmates staying there and security of the community's property and maintain proper decorum at the Ashram in keeping with the dignity of the community.

Facilities Available:
· All suites on top floor and few rooms on the ground floor and first floor in both A & B blocks are air-conditioned. The remaining rooms are either air-cooled or provided with fans.
· All rooms are properly furnished with facilities of bed linen etc., being provided by the Ashram.
· Normally rooms are provided on twin sharing basis but a child up to 10 years can be accommodated in the room.
· Water coolers are installed in both A & B blocks.
· Provision of TV, reading room cum library is made in the lobby below the meditation hall.
· Free langer facility for Breakfast & Dinner is available which is financed by large number of Donors. Name of the Donor of the langer for each day will be displayed prominently inside the Dining Hall.
· Canteen facility has been provided at the Ashram to provide refreshments and meals to the Yatris at subsidized rate

FREE LANGER AT MOHYAL ASHRAM HARIDWAR:
