For placing an order:

1. Please send an email at memoirsbymadhu@gmail.com with the size, type of the album you require and if any other specifications you have.

2.An Email/ SMS will be sent to you along with our bank account details in 24 hrs.

3. 50% of the payment has to be made by online money transfer/ cash deposit to our account to confirm the order. After the receipt of payment, an SMS will be sent to you.

4. We take 2 weeks after receiving the advance payment to deliver the product to your door step.

5. Right now we are providing shipping only within India. Shipping will cost extra based on your city.

Note:
1. There might be a slight variation between the album you select and the one you receive because every album is designed differently to fit your requirements.
2. Any manufacturing defect should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Only then we can work it out further.
