We are a family company based in Darjeeling - and we love what we do! We make our ham, bacon, sausages and other products by hand, the old fashioned way. Although the strictest health and quality guidelines are applied to all our processes and only the very best ingredients are acceptable.We care about flavour and texture rather than speed and yield, so we always give our products to cure properly.
We have brought products to utmost market standard and we use authentic, traditional spices and herbs to our recipes as your can be sure our meats are full of flavours.
We never add artificial flavourings and colourings to anything we produce. We never add water to ' bulk up ' our meats.
Although they are well able to withstand the relatively short spell that they spend on their way to you, frozen and chilled maple products should be transferred to your fridge as soon as possible after receipt.
