Mallareddy NNSC IIT Delhi

Event Details:

NNSC 2014 is National Network Security Championship and a workshop series jointly being organized by Association for Computer Machinery - IIT Delhi and Network Bulls, Gurgaon. All the preliminary rounds will be held at various esteemed engineering institutes across INDIA in present academic year and the grand finale will be organized at IIT –Delhi under the banner of NNSC – National Networking Security Championship-2014.

This is a 3 Stage Event as detailed below:

Stage 1 (Workshop-round to be held at zonal centers):

A two day hands on network implementation workshop will be held at 60 zonal centers
All the participants who want to participate in NNSC -2014 are required to attend the workshops at any zonal center and participate in the competition after the workshop.
The duration of the networking workshop will be of 2 Days (7-8 hr each day).
The workshop will be delivered by Cisco Certified Professionals working with Network Bulls, Gurgaon.



Stage 2 (Zonal-round to be held at zonal center):

Just after the workshop a Mega Competition of NNSC-2014 on the basis of two day workshop will be held.
Winners will be awarded Certificate of Merit, and are required to participate in Final Rounds this will be held in the month of January 2014 at IIT –Delhi in association with ACM-IIT Delhi.
Runners-up to get free Cisco networking training from Network Bulls .



Stage 3 (Final-round to be held at IIT- Delhi):

Winners of all zonal centers will be competing against each other at NNSC-2014 in January 2014 in association with ACM, IIT Delhi.
Winner of this final-round will win The National Network Security Champion title and will be awarded and honored by ACM IIT Delhi.
A certificate of excellence will also be awarded to the Winner from ACM IIT Delhi.
Free Cisco networking training for 45 days for the runner ups.
Chance to work as intern with Network Bulls Technologies (Network Design and Consultants) on real projects of various MNC’s.
Prizes worth rupees 1,00,000 which will include Laptops, Tablets will be given to the winner as well as runner ups.





Key Benefit:

We will be providing the students knowledge and awareness about Real Industrial Networking so that students can see the role of real Cisco routers and switches and firewalls on industrial level.





Eligibility Criteria:

All engineering, Science, BCA, MCA, PhD students who have zeal to work and excel in Recession Free Field i.e. Networking and Security can participate.

When to plan NNSC -2014 zonal event:

Any two day between 1st June 2013 to 10th March 2014 in your esteemed organization
Grand finale at IIT- Delhi in 2nd week of January 2014.
NNSC -2014 zonal event can also be accommodated in any technical symposium or any technical festival planned which will give huge national level publicity to the symposium, as we will have our centers across India.
