They are recovering from thet disease by getting knowledge from their ancients with their experience.They make medicines from the plants and minerals the get from their land. These are their custom treatments. After the colonisation of Brithish these custom treatments are declained .They propogate modern medcine according to their culture. Modern medicine get rapid progress by getting more informations from the ancient medicinal scripts and the people they meet through their voyage.

In ancient medicine treatments they did not accept any information from outsiders due to not accepting other civilisations.They only propogate and practice the information through their school - Gurukulam (A Gurukulam is a place where a teacher and students live together and learn the scriptures) .
