Maa Shoolini Temple, Solan | माँ शुलिनी मन्दिर, सोलन

Solan district derives its name from a local deity, Shoolini Devi
though the present new temple was built in 1988-89 only in the middle
of the town. There are footprints in marble symbolic of footprints of
the Goddess in front of the sanctum. In the sanctum are the navadurga
eight of them placed on a platform and the main deity standing on a
raised plinth behind them.
