Since our inception, our firm has enjoyed great success and has continued to grow. We have represented a large number of clients in the Civil, Criminal and corporate area, while meeting a wide range of legal needs. From the inception of the firm, we had handled cases of Private individuals, firms and Companies with big names and has earned a good reputation for the legal services provided to them.
We are a Law firm providing services for legal consultancy and handling all court litigation of Civil and Criminal nature, drafting of documents and legal opinion work. We are also handling court litigation for money recoveries arising out of contract/Loan Agreements etc. by filing Money Recovery Suits for Central Bank of India/Individual parties and also by filing criminal complaints for cheque bouncing under Negotiable Instrument Act at Delhi as well as in Rajasthan.
LITIGATION:-

We have been conducting cases in the Courts in various fields of law at all levels i.e. from the tribunals/trial courts to Supreme Court of India especially in matters relating to recovery matters before the DRT, Civil Courts, Complaints under section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, Order 37 Suits, contracts, arbitration, Consumer Forums, matters relating to economic offences, labour, industrial and service matters, matters related to Leases, etc.
