As per student feedback, not even 10% of graduates get a job they want. Graduates, even from premiere colleges often get pushed into sales and clerical profiles. Upon enquiring about the core drivers behind this problem, we realised that getting any coveted profiles requires a certain skill set which academia is unable to offer. As per industry requirement, these students lack both Soft and Technical skills.
Leap Up is born out of this requirement to bridge the skill gap. We offer a variety of courses to level up your skills.
