PHILOSOPHY OF TEACHING
- I believe that teaching math requires good understanding of how students adopt math.I came to know that most of the students doesn't like to study because they think it is difficult.But I saw it in the other way,math doesn't need lot of our memory space if we understand the concept and root of the problem.I believe in conceptual learning more than traditional and cumbersome methods of learning.
- As a teacher, I must constantly observe the student in order to be aware of their presuppositions and state of understanding. For the majority of students, the lecture is the first time they are introduced to a mathematical concept. Because of this, every talk should be well thought out and organized with precise board work. I want to teach students in an unapplied and visionary way to make information more accessible.I usually keep interacting with the students which pulls their attention towards me.I have a strong belief that Eye contact with the students is the key factor to success.
- I consider student evaluations to be of prime importance to the improvement of my teaching abilities. I encourage student participation in class, and I pay special attention to student comments during and after each course. I always prefer students to register their feedback.
- My primary goal is to actively participate in the students teaching and to help establish a firm foundation of the basics from which more complex ideas may be explored, providing a solid purpose for learning, and allowing for open discussion and discovery, all of which are important elements for students success.

TEACHING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Teachers are expected to prepare for their sessions by reviewing course materials that they are sent or directed to read by the course director.
All teachers, but especially those who create course content, are expected to familiarise themselves with the curricular context in which their teaching is situated.
Teachers who are responsible for creating content (e.g. lecture notes, examination questions, etc.) are required to submit their slides or other materials in electronic format to the course director and/or couqrse administrative staff (as requested) no fewer than ten working days before the scheduled date of the session.

Lead Time Banking Institute is located in Tamilnadu providing unique training to its students, with an aspire of achieving top results.Coaching is provided for all competitive Examinations for selection of Bank probationary officers,clerks,specialist officers,Central Government recruitments,Insurance officers and Railway staff.We are giving everything starting from basics of quants to its maximum so that students who doesn't have the basic knowledge of maths can also achieve if they follow us.LEAD TIME is defined as the time required for the transformation of student into a Professional.We are here to reduce this time gap, thus helping students to survive.We have started this institute after serving in teaching field for almost 2 years.
