Lazeez Biryani

We make and supply exclusive home-made biryanis and pulaos along with accompaniments. Please note that we do not have an outlet since ours is strictly a home-based operation.

We currently offer our services in the Western Suburbs of Mumbai between Bandra (West) and Borivali (West) only. (Sorry, we do not supply beyond these areas as of now.)

We offer customized biryani based on multiple options like bhunawa gosht and or boneless mutton or chicken, dry fruits, accompaniments like hariyali chhaas (a delicious and stimulating chhaas-like drink garnished with masalas and with a slightly sweetish tinge), kachumars, bundi raita, and so forth. Quantity
Owing to the home-based nature of our operation, we have a maximum capacity of only 5 (five) kgs per order. This also helps us maintain the taste and personal touch to our biryanis and pulaos. Therefore please bear in mind that we can serve party orders for a maximum of 25-30 people only. Minimum quantities can also be ordered and the smallest quantity that can be ordered is 1 kg, which should suffice for 5-6 moderate eaters.

Quality
We use only the highest quality of ingredients in our preparations. We use premium quality ghees from reputed dairies like Punjab-Sind, Ghasswala or Parsi Dairy. We also use only imported Spanish saffron to give our biryanis that distinct aroma and colour. Our meats are purchased fresh and we ensure that only the best cuts go into our preparations. We use imported spices only to give you that lasting taste of fine Indian Mughlai cuisine.

Hygiene
We are extremely finicky about hygiene. What we cook for you, we can eat ourselves. We ensure that the rice is washed adequately, and the vegetables are also washed thoroughly so that they are at their cleanest best. We also cleanse the meat thoroughly to rid it of all impurities so that only the most hygienic meat comes to you.

We offer all our preparations in the following meats and non-meats:

5. Goat Mutton
6. Lamb*
7. Fish* (Surmai)
8. Prawns*

* Seasonal or dependent on availability

Notes
A few very important notes for our customers:
a. All our preparations are made from halaal meats only.
b. We do NOT serve beef or beef-based products.
c. We use fresh meats only, and never frozen meats.
d. As far as reasonably possible, we use organic ingredients only.
e. We do not use artificial food colours or preservatives, and we also do not use keoras and daldas.
f. We are aware of our pure vegetarian customers' sensibilities, so we ensure that we use separate vessels for pure vegetarian preparations and we also ensure that there is absolutely no contact between vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparations.
g. We take only one order per day, so all commitments are strictly on a first-come-first-served basis.
h. Please give us at least a 24-hour notice (48 hours would be better) for any order since all our ingredients are procured and ground fresh and we do not use packaged masalas.
