LAMUN

LA MUN (Loyola Academy Model United Nations) is an attempt from the students of Loyola to introduce the concept of Model United Nations to the students of the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. It aims at making the students (as delegates) attending the event as representatives of other countries to familiarize themselves with international issues. Loyola’s motto being, “Men and Women for others”, LA MUN is an effort from our side to be the spark of change in the society.

We believe that learning is beyond class rooms. LA MUN is an attempt to bring out the talents of the students, mould their leadership qualities and instill in them a spirit of participation, which today, are of utmost importance for a student to excel in any field. It also gives them an exposure to the real world issues. This event is fully managed by the students which involves planning, organizing and designing, inviting participants from all over the city, and a passion for making everyone a global citizen.
