We understand that technology is a subject many of you are zealous about – a craze we share. We welcome all questions and commentary, including constructive feedback, and yes this is not only a place to discuss technology, you can share anything that would help the company and the employees grow simultaneously. We don’t take decisions on moderating posts without due consideration. But we do expect that participants post content and commentary that is both pertinent and reverent to this community as a whole. Kumaran reserves the right to remove any posts that don’t adhere to our guidelines and to block anyone who violates them repeatedly. Specifically, we do not tolerate posts that are:
• Abusive, harassing, stalking, threatening or attacking others
• Commercial solicitation or solicitation of donations
• Defamatory, offensive, obscene, vulgar or depicting violence
• Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or unlawful
• Hateful in language targeting race/ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality or political beliefs
• Link baiting (embedding a link in your post to draw traffic to your own site)
• Spamming in nature
• Trolling or deliberate disruption of discussion
• Uploading files that contain viruses or programs that could damage the operation of other people’s computers
• Violations of any intellectual property rights
