At KSK Infra Properties, our unique design aesthetics – overseen under the astute vision of our Architect, Mr. Jose K. Mathew (JKM Design Consortium), have been reflected in the design and construction of each and every one of our Villas, after giving due consideration to the various geographical and spatial aspects of Construction, including, but not limited to – the sight, division and orientation of the plot, and others. The end result is that every individual Villa adheres to a customized design, with a higher visual appeal and exceptional build quality, as opposed to a traditional housing project, employing a ‘one size fits all’ model of construction.

In addition to the uniqueness offered to Individual housing units, KSK Infra Properties does take care to strike a fine balance between the individuality exhibited by our premium housing units while maintaining the uniformity and theme the Campus requires as a whole.

Stressing on the aspects of Natural Lighting and Maximum Air Flow, our project team seeks to employ design elements which stress on the said factors. In this regard, we have extensively used Wide Windows in our projects extensively, especially across the Common Areas. We have also maintained Double Heights across our units.
