Kolkata Institute of Graphology

Graphology is the science of analysis of handwriting or pen stroke formation. Hand writing reveals the character and personality, strengths and weaknesses of the writer and is used as a psychological diagnostic tool to decipher ones mental and physical state. In graphology, handwriting is considered as brain writing. Graphology is also a therapeutic tool which is termed as graphotherapy. By changing weak areas of writing pattern and continuously practicing the changed form, ones brain can pick up coded messages and the person can experience changes in weak areas of his behaviour.

Kolkata Institute of Graphology was founded by Mr. Mohan Bose. Mr. Bose is a senior practicing graphologist for twenty-two years. He has extensively researched on the subject of graphology and established Kolkata Institute of Graphology (KIG) in the year 2002. Mr. Bose is the first person in India to introduce graphotherapy, i.e, the science of changing weaknesses in behaviour by changing the art of writing. He is the central faculty of the graphology course in Kolkata Institute of Graphology besides providing career counselling and recruitment consultancy. He has also delivered forensic services to Intelligence Departments. Mr. Bose has trained Indian Defense Personnel to combat suicide and crime among their forces. He is also a faculty member of P.G Diploma course in Family Counselling at the University of Calcutta.

The Institute is presently enriched by a team of eminent graphologists, doctors, psychiatric counsellors, psychologist and educationists- who all are equipped with graphological knowledge and vast experience in understanding human mind.
