Khasi Jaintia Conference is a unit of the Seventh-day Adventists World Church. The Head Office of the Seventh-day Adventists World Church is The General Conference in Washington DC. The World Church is sub-divided into Divisions, Unions and then Conference/Sections/Regions.

The Khasi Jaintia Conference falls under the Northeast India Union which falls under the Southern Asia Division comprising of India, Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives.

The Headquarters is in Shillong, Meghalaya (India).
