Keartiman Skills

Keartiman Skills is an innovative skills and employability provider offering a joined-up approach to business and economic development and social inclusion. We are driven by the genuine desire to improve the quality of life for each learner, working with employers to develop skilled and productive employees whilst creating employment in the communities where we work.

Keartiman Skills have supported over 1500 people into work and training since 1992, including some of the most disadvantaged young people and adults. We create, for our funders, jobs which last and sustainable employment which meets local skills needs and supports economic growth.

Our business model is flexible and we are able to scale up for major contracts. Our broad range of delivery currently includes Apprenticeships, Traineeships and the Study Programme. We have a strong emphasis on supporting 16-24 year-olds, as well as adult learners, with innovative delivery which is relevant to employers, Local Enterprise Partnerships and the wider political agenda.
