Bangalore Hospice Trust (BHT) – Karunashraya, meaning ‘an abode of compassion’, is a registered public charitable trust and a joint project of the Indian Cancer Society (Karnataka Chapter) and Rotary Bangalore Indiranagar, providing free professional palliative care for cancer patients who are beyond cure, post active treatment.

In 20 years of service, we have rendered care for over 14,000 advanced cancer patients and their families via our 55 bed Inpatient total care hospice and home care service.

We also provide patient/family advisory services and conduct Training programmes for Health Professionals and Health Assistants.
