With more then 5 activities like Bollywood dance, Zumba, kick boxing, yoga, etc; in morning and evening batches makes the gym more flexible for your wellness.

The Equipment Available:
Biochemically corrected equipment, cardio machines, solid weight training machines are properly maintained higher grade sports equipment.

Main Gym Floor:
Kaizen Gym's main floor consists of 4 zone counters. The fitness centre's main floor is the site for all men's and women's varsity for heavy weight training.

Group Fitness Room:
This 2000 square foot activity room serves as a site for numerous group fitness and instructional programming offerings as well as all cycling and cardio.

Multi-Purpose Room
A 2,500 square foot activity room with wooden flooring that serves as a site for numerous instructional programming offerings, as well as lower body exercise club.

Dance Studio
This 1,280 square foot activity room, with wooden floor and mirrored walls, serves as a site for numerous instructional programming offerings as well as other activity group practices.

Availability of fresh drinking water both hot and cold to quench your thirst is available at the centre.
