Well my sojourns into the forests of Jharkhand with my father, Late Nandlal Prasad during my early days bought me in close contact with the humble tribals living there in harmony with nature. They were depending solely on what there surroundings had to offer, be it food, shelter or medicine. Since they were elusive to the world, their way of cooking and the ingredients they used were very unique. This really intrigued me.
