It is said that a restaurant is a reflection of the owners individuality. Being an avid foodie, adventurer, traveller, photographer, entrepreneur, farmer and a nature lover what kind of concoction would you expect?
Well my sojourns into the forests of Jharkhand with my father, Late Nandlal Prasad during my early days bought me in close contact with the humble tribals living there in harmony with nature. They were depending solely on what there surroundings had to offer, be it food, shelter or medicine. Since they were elusive to the world, their way of cooking and the ingredients they used were very unique. This really intrigued me.
Jungli moon dance restaurant tries to encapsulate some of their dishes in its menu thus trying to bring their unique cuisine to the world outside the forests of Jharkhand.
