With a never-before ingenious and disruptive business model and operational structure of ‘distributed development’ Joshi Enterprises was established as a Partnership Firm in 2010 by a team of technocrats from diverse yet connected fields.
Having observed the shades of grey in which the then-disorganized co-operative housing society re-development sector was operating in, Joshi Enterprises started on its mission of ‘organizing the unorganized’, undertaking residential re-development projects in Thane, making ‘timely & satisfactory completion of projects’ as its biggest USP.

• Having our in-house team of engineers and experts liaising and coordinating closely with these associates for harmonious execution.
• Striving for innovations and providing value addition to our client.
• Being fully geared up for project without any outside financial support.
• Appointing a Legal Advisor and Project Management Consultant to ensure quality and process-compliance.
• Establishing a Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for advising, educating and helping out the existing residents and facilitating their move, stay and return.
• We give first preference to Ready Mix Concrete in our projects and any site mix is strictly done under expert supervision and results are tested in the test laboratories.
