Societies and Cultures have their own dynamism and are always in struggle to find answers to pertinent questions to make living more humane. Jhulelal Institute of Architecture [JIA] is set up by a Jhulelal Group of Institutes, aspiring to produce and disseminate pro-people knowledge, with abundance of ideas and a mix of existent and non-existent resource base, impregnated with ample opportunities to realize individual student’s dreams for holistic knowledge and Indian Ethos.
JIA emphasizes the need for cross-cultural research methods and tools with the belief that Architecture Connects Cultures. It is expected in an education system that it would educate aspiring professional’s with relevant factual information essential to foster academic environment that facilitates training of student architects to possess modern professional and technical skills and help the future practitioners to become creative, critically minded and ethical professional designers/ builders; and to produce good world citizens who are intellectually mature, ecologically sensitive and socially responsible and creating architecture which is valued as the property and responsibility of everyone.
