JDT ISLAM COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCE

JDT Islam College of Arts & Science is the second self-financing degree college under the JDT headed by Dr.[Prof.] E.K. Swarnakumari, former Professor, Govt. Arts & Science College, Calicut. The college is situated in the sprawling campus of JDT Islam in Jamiath Hill, Vellimadukunnu, Calicut.

It aims to nurture creative minds to contribute to the creation, application and extension of knowledge. This institution offers many degree courses such as BBA, BA Functional English, B.Sc. Bio-Technology with a view to enlighten the citizens of tomorrow. The institution is taking utmost care to set a model by incorporating new initiatives in the field of education through its much tried and tested learning methodologies.

The organization has expanded over the years and it has completed eight decades of impeccable service to society. JDT Islam today has under its able management, a higher secondary school, a Polytechnic, Vocation Training Center, Pharmacy College and IQRAA English Medium School and IQRAA International hospital. It proudly boasts of alumni that consist of Doctors, Engineers, Technicians, Teachers and other leading members of the society.
