Janjeevan is a India based non-profit organization catering to the education needs of children from tribal ,fishing community ,socially and economically disadvantaged background .Further more, the integration of numerous Support Functions to the organizations core schooling program ensures the sustainable growth of the financially insolvent communities the beneficiary groups come from .

Our Schools will create an individual learning plan for every child. Our plan will combine direct instruction, small-group work, and one-on-one tutoring in a way that works for kids .

The team is far from being homogeneous ,they came from a variety of backgrounds, but share a common belief in eliminate poverty ,through literacy . In JANJEEVAN diversity is considered advantage rather than an obstacle .Individuals put aside their difference to work harmoniously as team .Age ,race ,education and ethnicity hold no boundaries here .
