After achieving high targets in the field of Management, Engineering & Pharmacy and Science, Nirma University set up the Institute of Law with a vision to promote excellence in the field of legal education and to meet the ever increasing demand of new and innovative Legal Education in the State of Gujarat and to set up high Standards in the field of Legal Education to make Institute of Law a centre of Excellence in the legal education map of India. It aims at providing world class facilities to impart training and conduct research in the field of law. It has successfully completed four year with a five-year integrated courses i.e. B.A., LL.B. (Hons.), B.Com., LL.B. (Hons.) and B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)*

A disciplined, serene, and pleasant environment envelops the campus. It blends beautifully with the green landscaping, aesthetic elegance of arches and the vibrant pursuit of knowledge by the young aspirants. The academic ambience gives full scope for group activities, which are plenty, as also to individual pursuits for development on preferred tracks.

The Institute is sharing the Nirma University campus with five other institutions - Institute of Technology, Institute of Management, Institute of Diploma Studies, Institute of Pharmacy and Institute of Science. All the present Institutes have a distinguished record of achievements. Students joining the Institute of Law will, therefore have, an opportunity to interact with the interdisciplinary academic community of the entire Nirma University. The academic environment generated by the interaction between professionals of various disciplines will have a stimulating influence, especially in the formative years of young students. Exposure to such an environment helps the students to develop good communication skills, an integrated personality, and a greater competitive spirit.
