How?

Join Romina and her dedicated team on an Indian safari and yogic adventure whilst immersed in nature’s gifts at Pench National Reserve Park.

This retreat is a time to be intimate with yourself, to quieten the mind, to soften, to immerse yourself in nature and tend to matters of the heart.

Each day will be an exploration of your energy centres (Chakras) using the traditional practices of Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda together with your surroundings to inspire and experience all aspects of yourself on and off the mat.

Yoga and Meditation is practiced twice daily.

Every morning will involve a Chakra balancing yoga, pranayama and meditation practice. The afternoons will vary with heart-centered practices, philosophy, pranayama, mantra and various meditations including Yoga Nidra, writing and walking depending on the Chakra we are focusing.

You will have the choice to tailor your retreat with sunrise or sunset safari plus the opportunity to explore the local village, do Bhakti Yoga at the local school and additions like a photography workshop with our local expert photographer and/or Ayurvedic spa treatments and/or Bollywood dance classes.

Pench is a fascinating place to safari – you will enrich your appreciation and knowledge of nature, the tiger reserve and enjoy its flourishing flora and fauna. Just seeing the native animals roam freely is an amazingly memorable experience.

Without a doubt this retreat provides a great way to discover India, whether it is your first time or not. Starting in Pench you will appreciate the gifts of India while the main city, Nagpur is conveniently located in the centre of India where we begin and end our journey.

The Spirit of India has always connected me so deeply to this sacred land, the people, the culture and there is no doubt about it – while on this retreat you will discover more of yourself in India!

Investment: $2 800AUD (double room)

Additional $300AUD for single room.

(Accommodation are luxury cottages or tents if you would like cottage or tent to yourself or for a couple it is and additional $300)

Inclusions: All luxury accommodation, 3 nourishing meals daily, transfers, Safari’s, Pench National Reserve entry, Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda tuition twice daily with Romina and Cathie and local teacher assisting, plus a spa treatment on arrival.

All temple & village visits plus festival attendance are inclusive.

Additional costs if you choose – more than 3 safari’s, additional spa treatments and any additional excursions or workshops like Bollywood dance, photography workshop with local experts (english speaking) and any other additional activities, purchases etc. Additional food or beverages other than your nourishing 3 meals per day.

Your flights are NOT inclusive. The earlier you book flights, usually the better deals, but not always.

Fly Sydney to Mumbai (Bombay) – Mumbai to Nagpur. Our friendly staff and Romina will meet you here. From here your retreat begins.

Note – we can book Mumbai to Nagpur flights on your behalf if you wish.

When you register, you can pay in full or with monthly payment plan once deposit is paid.

Non-refundable deposit of $500AUD

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel before the 19th September 2016, you will receive your entire tuition minus your $500 as is a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel after the 19th September there are no tuition refunds. We will be open to a transfer upon acceptance of registration.

Upon registering you will receive a checklist with ‘next steps’ e.g. visa application, details and times for preferred flights etc. We are here to support you along the way if you have any Q's or need help.
