ISANO is a connecting, concierge and consulting service.

Headquartered in London with offices in Mumbai, we’ve had years of experience in assisting individuals and corporates with basic concierge requirements.

We curate and aggregate quality products and services from our trusted contacts, add value through coordination or consultancy, and then connect them to our friends.

These can include basic services such as accommodation and transportation, to medical tourism, personal shopping, manufacturing consultancy, and much more, delivered through country-specific concierge services.

“In 2007 I began to visit Mumbai frequently to start an animation project and then a security business. I fell in love with India; its captivating culture and warm people, its dynamism and the business opportunities it presents. However as a British expat, I found it challenging to overcome bureaucratic hurdles and time-consuming when accessing many services. My colleagues, clients and friends from the UK, US and Europe felt the same, especially when it came to looking for short-term accommodation, so in 2008 I started a flat-finding group on Facebook called Indian Serviced Apartment Network or ISANO. Quite soon we realised our friends wanted just more than just accommodation: so I seconded some of my team and we expanded this free service to include taking them wedding shopping, organising their travel tours, booking restaurants for them and much more. Last year we finally made the service fully commercial, and in May 2017, we launched India Made Easy as a free concierge service open to everyone, not just for my friends and contacts.

A few years back I stumbled upon the discovery that Isano means ‘here to help’ in Japanese. Quite apt. We’d like to think of this as a very personal boutique help-service, and in this age of faceless technology and impersonal service delivery, I feel that Isano will continue to help our friends and now many others to navigate the challenges that India poses, so they can also see and appreciate the true beauty of India as I do.”
