Not only does the gym at I Think Fitness contain brand new state-of-the-art gym equipment manufactured in the United States, this fitness center also houses a sleek spinning studio in an elevated loft overlooking the humongous gym floor. The spinning studio houses high-end bicycles that are as close to real bicycles as possible. The gym floor, situated on the top floor of its building provides a calming view of the leafy by-lanes of Bandra. Not only that, but the floor to ceiling windows to the front of the gym floor allow for ample sunlight during the day, showering the gym in comforting hues of natural light.

The high-end equipment at the fitness club is accompanied by highly qualified personal trainers who are available for the training needs of all its members. I Think Fitness also houses a resident DJ whose music will inspire to work out to your best capacity. The fitness center also provides in-house Wi-Fi and generous parking space with valet services for members within the premises of the building. There is also be an outdoor area in the building that is used for sporting activities like basketball and volleyball. The terrace area is utilized for yoga and pilates, providing the perfect ambience to rejuvenate.

The contemporary black and timber interior is nothing less than pure luxury. The dressing room for men and women feature steam and sauna facilities, and amenities such as steam ironing for your clothes, dressing tables, luxury towels, slippers, a lounging area and of course, private shower facilities.

The health café, which will be open to all, will offer organic, raw, delicious, pure and natural foods created by Pali Village Café chef Conrad D’Souza. “The food will be gluten free, and the menu will comprise of all eggs and day breakfast, steamed veggies, salmon and tuna concoctions, yogurt, fresh juices, protein drinks, light pizzas, set meals and lots more. Besides the usual cooking techniques, the kitchen will make use of dehydration of vegetables to create healthy culinary creations that are also delicious” says Mishali Sanghani, who has taken special care to ensure that everyone appreciates this feature of the fitness club.

I Think Fitness is the brain child of fitness enthusiast Suren Joshi, and Mishali Sanghani, the co-owners of the popular eatery, Pali Village Café.
