The hotel consists of 12 rooms, with 2 being of the Super Deluxe variety and the remaining 10 belonging to the Deluxe category. Facilities for Deluxe rooms include air-conditioning, T.V. sets, a double bed, attached bathroom and toilet, room service and many more. As for Super Deluxe rooms, the feature list is similar as above with the notable addition of a separate bath tub for greater guest comfort.

Apart from guesting facilities of the highest order, Hotel The Palm also offers a complete culinary experience to its patrons. The hotel’s multi-cuisine restaurant caters to the demands of all types of taste buds. The restaurant specializes in vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian cuisines and boasts of separate sections for both. There is also an in-house food court that offers live barbeque as well as tandoor facilities. Both have a serving capacity of 150 guests.

Hotel The Palm also acts a popular jaunt for conferences and banquets. The hotel features a state-of-the-art conference and banquet hall that can accommodate up to 100 guests. This hall serves as the ideal venue for small to medium sized gatherings of families or personnel from different companies/organizations.

The hotel also includes options for smaller family gatherings and get-togethers. A garden on the hotel’s rooftop serves as the ideal setting for smaller parties; both formal and informal. Hotel The Palm is also capable of playing host to a larger group of guests (100-200), which is typical of bigger parties and get-together events.

Degchi Bhog is the separate restaurant housed in Hotel The Palm’s premises. It can host a maximum of 50 patrons at any given time with its 8 table capacity. The restaurant follows a theme banquet while community specific food is also made available on demand. Some examples of the same include Punjabi, Jain, Sindhi, and many more. Periodic events are another feature of Degchi Bhog, where the restaurant celebrates popular cuisines and dishes over an extended period of time. Examples of such events include kebab festivals, biryani week etc.

Hotel The Palm offers front desk service 24 hours a day and follows a checkout cycle of 12 PM. Parking and security facilities for personal vehicles of guests and patrons is also provided by Hotel The Palm.
