Brewing Instruction: Put one teaspoon (2g) of tea leaves per cup (180 ml) in a tea pot. Bring oxygen rich fresh cold water to a boil to about 85℃ - 90℃. Ensure not to over boil water or else it will spoil the taste of your delicate tea. Pour it gently over the tea leaves and stir. Cover and brew for 6-8 minutes. Stir once and pour through a strainer into cups. Your tea is ready. Now relish the distinctive character of your Hornbill Bill Black Tea.
Condiments: Best to savor the natural brew. Sugar/honey may be considered. Adding milk not recommended.
