Gomantak means Goan. Highway Gomantak serves authentic Goan dishes prepared in south goan Saraswat families for several centuries. Cuisine is distinguished by choice of select home made best quality spices prepared in ethnic style. Highway Gomantak proudly claims that no colours, baking soda, preservatives, or factory processed ingredients are used. Fish and meat too is freshly acquired and frozen meat is a strict NO NO.
