The flagship company of the group is its tea plantation business, incorporated in 1915, having prime quality tea growing areas on the south bank of Upper Assam.

Heritage North East is a relatively new Company, conceived and floated by the initiative of the B&A Group of Companies in the year 2000, with the objective of getting into Tourism, and especially into Heritage and Tea Tourism in the North East.
