Hello Overseas Himachal

My aim is to reach overseas Himachal. I believe that if we sit in any corner of the world, we create full Himachal around us, as by sitting far away we feel the warmth of the relations. In our daily diet, a feeling for finding our homely eatables and preparing them, also in our worship we remember our local Gods and Goddesses and many such number of activities which we could like to perform at least once in twenty four hours. Perhaps these are some matters due to which I see a Himachal in every part of the world.
I have an humble effort in my mind to create a link with those non resident Himachalis living now in foreign countries. Through this medium we also try to make our state, the most progressive state of the country. If we succeed then future generation will pay gratitude to today’s generation.
With this hope I request every Himachali residing in every corner of the world, that please share this page to the maximum extent. The maximum sharing will reach to all 5 continent and we will know the maximum overseas Himachalis, but must share the name of their residing country, so that my imagination of Himachal in 5 Continents may succeeds.
I am an Ayurveda Doctor working at Shimla city under the H.P.State Government. I am always fascinated to see the rich history of Shimla. The city which is responsible for many land mark decision and developments in the Indian Sub Continent or in undivided India apart from Shimla Samjhauta, Indo Pak Partition, Beginning of Durand Cup foodball, origination of ameture drama etc.
To make Shimla history alive we have made an NGO with the name Shimla Bicentennial Group. Though this we celebrated Shimla’s 200 years function on completion of 200yrs on 15th May 2015. We tried to retrieve oldest football tournament (Durand football) of Asian Continent which started at Shimla in 1888. On completion of 200 years we have released a set of Postal Stamps through the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Raja Virbhadher Singh.
