గిరిజన జాతుల ప్రగతి, మన్య ప్రజల సమగ్రాభివృద్ధి అనే ఆశయాలు ఆకర్షణీయమైన నినాదాలు గానే మిగిలిపోయాయి. ప్రాచీనమైన గిరిజన సంస్కృతిని పరిరక్షిస్తూనే వారిని పురోగమన పథంలో పయనింప చేస్తామన్న నేతల మాటలు నీటి మీద రాతలనిపించుకుంటున్నాయి. స్వాతంత్ర్యానంతరం ఈ ఆరు దశాబ్దాల కాలంలో శుష్కప్రియాలు, శూన్యహస్తాలు మాత్రం అమాయకులైన వనజన సంతతికి మిగిలిపోయాయి. అభివృద్ధి ఆశించిన రీతిలో లేక, అటు పారంపర్యంగా వస్తున్న వెనుకబాటుతనం జాడలు తరాల తరబడి వీడక గిరిపుత్రులు రెండు విధాలా నష్టపోతున్నారు. ఇక గిరిజన సంస్కృతీ సంరక్షణ గురించి ఎంత తక్కువగా మాట్లాడితే అంత మంచిది. ధింసా నృత్యాన్ని తిలకించి పులకించి, గిరిజన వస్తు ప్రదర్శన శాలను ఏర్పాటు చేసి గర్వపడి, ఇదే సంస్కృతీ సంరక్షణ అని ప్రగల్భాలు పలికే నాయకమ్మన్యుల పరివారం పెరిగిపోతోంది. ఈ సంస్కృతి గిరిజన ప్రతినిధుల్లో సైతం అభివృద్ధి చెందడం పొల్లు మాటకు తావీయని ఘనమైన వనసీమలు చేసుకున్న దురదృష్టం.

గిరిజన ప్రాంతాల్లో అభివృద్ధి అసలే లేదని కాదు. అయితే అది అసంగతాభివృద్ధిగానే ఉందన్నది అందరూ అమోదించాల్సిన చేదు నిజం. రిజర్వేషన్లో, రాయితీలో కల్పించినంత మాత్రాన అభివృద్ధి అట్టడుగు స్థాయికి అందుబాటులోకి రాదన్నది ఈ ఆరు దశాబ్దాల చరిత్ర చెప్పే వాస్తవం. చిత్తశుద్ధి లేని కార్యాచరణ పర్యవసానం గిరిజన సీమలో అడుగడుగునా ద్యోతకమవుతుంది. అభివృద్ధి చెందిన వ్యాధులు కొండకోనల్లో కాలనాగుల్లా విలయం సృష్టిస్తున్నాయంటే ఇన్నేళ్ల ప్రగతి గతి ఏమిటో అన్న చింత జనిస్తుంది. పల్లెకో పాఠశాల, ఊరికో విద్యాలయం అంటూ రొమ్ము చరుచుకొనే నేతలు ప్రకటిస్తూ ఉంటే, మన్యవాసులను కమ్ముకున్న నిరక్షరాస్యతా తిమిరం కల్లెదుట సాక్షాస్కరిస్తుంది. అపార సంపదలను సక్రమంగా వినియోగించుకోవాల్సిన నేలలో దుర్భర దారిద్ర్యం, దయనీయమైన జీవన విధానం విశ్వరూపంతో ప్రత్యక్షమై తలవంపులు తీసుకువస్తాయి.

ఆశయాలు గిరిశిఖరాల్లా మహోన్నతంగా ఉంటే వాటి అమలు అధ:పాతాళంలో ఉన్న ఎన్నో దృశ్యాలు గోచరిస్తాయి. ఆ స్థితిగతుల్ని, కొడకోనల్లో వెలుగు, నీడల్ని, గిరిజన జీవనంలో విభిన్న పార్శ్యాల్నీ ప్రత్యేకంగా, ప్రముఖంగా పదిమంది దృష్టికీ తీసుకురావాలన్న సంకల్పంలో నుంచి ఉద్భవించింది మన్యసీమ. అదే సమయంలో గిరిజన సంతతికి చెందిన ఎందరినో సంఘటితపరిచి, వారికి ఘనమైన సంస్కృతీ పరంపరను తెలియజెప్పి, ఆసేతు శీతాచల పర్యంతం విస్తరించి ఉన్న ప్రాచీన విధానంలో వైవిద్యాన్ని, విస్తృతిని వివరించాలన్న సత్సంకల్పం కూడా ‘మన్యసీమ ఫౌండేషన్’ ఉదయించడానికి కారణభూతమయింది.

గిరిజన సంతతికి చెందిన వారు వేరువేరు జీవన రంగాలలో స్థిరపడుతున్నారు. ఎందరో నిర్ణయాత్మక స్థాయికి చేరుకుంటున్నారు. వారందరికీ తమ సంస్కృతీ విశిష్టతను చాటి చెబుతూ, వారిలో ఆత్మగౌరవ ఉద్ధీపనకు దోహదపడాలన్నది ఈ చిరు ప్రయత్నం ధ్యేయం. ఈ అసంఖ్యాక జనావళికి సంబంధించిన సమాచారాన్నే కాకుండా గిరిజనులకు ఉపయోగపడే అంశాలను సమగ్రంగా అందించాలన్నది మా మన్యసీమ లక్ష్యం. ఇంతవరకు వివిధ రీతుల్లో ఇటువంటి ప్రయత్నం కొంతవరకూ జరిగి ఉండవచ్చు. అయితే పూర్తిగా గిరిసీమలో మమేకమై, ఆ జీవన విధానంతో అత్యంత సన్నిహిత సంబంధాలు ఉన్న వారి నేతృత్వంలో జరుగుతుండడమే మన మన్యసీమ విలక్షణ లక్షణం. ఉజ్వల కాంతిని వ్యాపింప చేయాలన్న సంకల్పంతో ఏర్పాటుచేసిన ఫౌండేషన్ కార్యక్రమాలకు మీ సహాయ సహకారాలు అందిస్తారన్నది ఆకాంక్ష. మీ అమూల్య సలహాలు, సూచనలు, ప్రతిస్పందనలే మన్యసీమకు శ్రీరామరక్ష.

సేవ చేసే అవకాశం అందరికీ రాదు... వచ్చిన ఆ అరుదైన అవకాశాన్ని పూర్తి స్థాయిలో సద్వినియోగం చేసుకున్న వారే నిజమైన సమాజ సేవకులు. సేవ పేరిట అరచేతిలో వైకుంఠం చూపించే వారి గురించి పక్కనపెడితే నీతి, నిజాయితీతో ఆపన్నులను ఆదుకుంటున్నవారూ చాలానే ఉన్నారు. అలాంటి మహోన్నతుల స్ఫూర్తితో ‘మన్యసీమ ఫౌండేషన్’ కూడా తనవంతు చేయూతను పేదలకు అందించాలని ఆశిస్తోంది. ముఖ్యంగా ఆదివాసుల సేవలో తరించాలన్న ‘మన్యసీమ’ లక్ష్యానికి మీ అందరి సహాయ, సహకారాలు ఉంటాయని ఆశిస్తూ...

MANYASEEMA WELFARE SOCIETY FOR TRIBAL is a non-profitable, non­governmental, non –political organization established in 2013 by a group of dedicated social workers with the motto to bring human dignity their basic human rights and self-confidence among people through awareness & motivation for socio-economic changes among the poorest of the poor. The injustice, social discrimination and the tough life struggle of tribals inspired us to start this organization. The basic concern of the member of this organization is to serve the poor and disadvantage community irrespective of sex, caste and creed religion or national and to create a just society by empowering the people to be self-reliant through different activities. The organization encourage youth to develop leadership qualities to remove inequality and injustice from every nook and corner of the society to play major role in the process of social changes and to create classless, oppression-free society based on non-violence and universal brotherhood.

Thus the members are dedicated to work for socio - economic development of the most neglected and deprived group of the society. Later on the organization is registered under society Registration Act XXI, 1860 on 2013 at Visakhapatnam and registered in Andhra Pradesh on 2013.

There are nine Executive members of the organization. The main office bearers of the organization are president, secretary and treasurer. Their role and responsibilities are defined accordingly. The members assemble twice in a year, but if necessary they could organize meetings frequently. To pass any resolution 2/3 majority vote of the members are required.

MSF is women headed organization. Ms. Anima Baa, Secretary is the founder member and chief functionary of the organization. Her overall responsibilities are to look after the administration, Management of Human Resource & finance, controlling, Advocacy & Network, Fund raising, planning, implementing, Monitoring & Evaluation of the projects with the support of other members and staffs.
