Use sufficient quantity of water to boil in a wide vessel and put your required quantity of Happy Rice Vermicelli - 1 minute -Instant Idiyappam pieces into the boiling water, so that they will be completely immersed in the boiling water. Cover the vessel immediately and count exactly 60 seconds (only minute). Remove the vessel from the flame and drain off the boiled water. Now you are ready to serve Instant Idiyappam for your breakfast. Spread the boiled Happy Rice Vermicelli- Instant Idiyappam on to your plate, the quantity is almost thrice now and your Priya Rice Vermicelli- Instant Idiyappam is ready to eat for 3-4 persons. It can be served with sugar and ghee, chutneys, sauces, Ketups, sambar, curd, Coconut milk or with any curries. -- One Packet of Happy Rice Vermicelli is 200 grams which is sufficient for a 4 member family breakfast!!
