Gyalizo is a Greek word, which has two meanings. One being “shine” and other being “polish”. We have decided on this name, because we believe that as an organization we should shine in the society through our areas of operation that emanates from our business philosophy and vision based on virtue. Moreover, due to the dual connotation of this word, it serves our intention in the subjective and objective perspective.

We are an organization established in the field of training and strategic consultancy. GYALIZO is a vibrant and value-driven
organization comprising of qualified and experienced professionals.

We conduct a wide range of programs aimed at transforming ordinary people in to
exceptional performers. Our programs are designed to bring out the latent potential
in the participants to the fore, change their general outlook /approach and thereby
building their capabilities to deliver outstanding results.

Our programs are enriched through a series of thought-provoking psychometric tools / games facilitating a great deal of experiential learning to the participants. From concept to delivery, our programs are intended to leave a lasting impact in the minds of the participants.

All our training programs are segment-centric. We use highly relevant and effective
tools with the prime objective of increasing productivity and enhancing personal
effectiveness. Apart from standard packaged training programs, we also formulate
customized training programs after conducting by way of gap-analysis exercises.
Need based post-training interventions are also taken up at appropriate intervals to
assess and reinforce the learning.
