Guru Gobind Singh Foundation was set-up in 1978 by the prominent and illustrious Punjabi Sikhs of Nasik with the primary objective of providing quality education to the students irrespective of their caste, creed, religion or nationality so as to promote morality, patriotism, self-respect and self-confidence.
The Foundation made a very humble beginning in 1978 by starting Guru Gobind Singh Public School with just nine students and a room in the Gurudwara and achieved spectacular success over the years. Today it has 12 acres of land, three ultra-modern buildings, one for Guru Gobind Singh Public School, second for Guru Gobind Singh Polytechnic and the third for Guru Gobind Singh College of Engineering and Research Centre, a vast Playground, Sophisticated Laboratories and other infrastructure.
