Sugar Mill Cane Crushing Rollers.

Sugar cane mill roller re shelling and the manufacture of new rollers are a major part of our foundry department. The old shafts are tested for defects using NDT procedures and if necessary repaired with the latest welding techniques. The shells are cast in our foundry and then fitted and grooved in our machine shop. We combine over 75 years of cast iron metal knowledge with the finest materials and latest technology.
