We E-EMS management experienced lot of examples with drastic problem in the industry of service. Where number of peoples are working for Industries, corporate, private organization, central government, state government etc. And they are facing such problems which can be solved only by keeping record perfectly. Employees are not getting their PF in time, due to several reason. Departments or Employers are heaving lots of excuses for that. But individual is suffering a lot. As per serve only PF/GPF/CPF department is heaving huge amount in suspense, and they are not paying it to the concern only and only because of unavailability of records. It is shocking.

Very surprisingly when at the time of getting salary, it is a mandatory set rules that some fixed deductions and contribution will be made from salary and that amount will be deposited to concern department. So defiantly record should be there. Even after that employees in large they are not able to get full and final payment.

Inspiring by this pain and requirement of employee to keep record we have developed this mechanism for all, where employee and employer both can use it.

It was expected in thirteenth Finance commission report that employee of all sectors must get integrated human resource management System. In that connection we have developed this e – employee management system.

We also inspired by “MUNNA BHAI LAGE RAHO”. In a film a teacher for getting pension takes a move as Muna Bhai briefed him, very pathetic situation.
