Good Food Box is a specialized catering business that prepares food in a central kitchen format, which is served to the customers via a kiosk, catering or packaged food delivery. The menu will be predominantly Indian cuisine with dishes sourced from various regions of the country. The purpose is to provide customers with delicious, healthy and affordable food options. The target segments are corporate offices & where people do not have tasty, healthy and affordable food options as well as families and busy professionals in residential complexes that do not have the time or means available to prepare meals daily.
Good Food Box will operate in a professional food preparation environment with strict focus on hygiene, separation of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food preparation areas, use of quality ingredients and nutritional aspects of the menu items. The aim is to provide customers delicious Indian food without compromising on the health aspect.
