Golden Properties commenced operations in 2002. Our team has over 12 years of experience in real estate development. Golden Properties has an extensive land bank across Tamil Nadu and has developed close to 8 million square feet of prime residential and plotted space as of Dec 2014.

Our plotted development business includes development of gated communities for residential and farm plots. The majority of the completed projects are in the outskirts of chennai city, mainly undertaken to benefit long term retails investors.

The Group has also ventured into construction resulting in completion of over 2 lakh sq-ft including, Villas, Row houses and apartments.
